WORK DAYS
It takes alot of work to keep horses happy, healthy and gaining weight. I want to thank everyone that works hard to make this happen, and it truly is hard work. We will update this page often because we have new volunteers that we don't have pictures of yet. H.a.h.'s best friend is Ed Harmen better known as SOGGY to us, I took him out to show him how to use our new watering system (thanks to my husband James Horton for installing it and Heath Coggins for supplying it) anyways I took Soggy out to show him how to use it and him and Jimmy were standing in front of me talking when I turned on the water, well there was air in the line which when it hit the hose, made the hose jump up in the air shooting water from the feet to the heads of Jimmy and Soggy. I looked up in time to see both of them drowned and Soggy leaning forward, water dripping off of him, taking off his water logged glasses. Of course I started to tell him how sorry I was but then all I could do was LAUGH and LAUGH and LAUGH(I'm still laughing) and that nite he called the house and said this is your SOGGY friend Mr. Harmen. So it stuck. It is as much fun working with everyone, as it is work. ;)

Jimmy and Alaynea bring gas for the truck. We are trying to get 730 bales put up for winter. That was before we had 11 horses number 12 on the way.We will need more hay for sure now.
