We received a complaint on 10-15-08 about horses that were emaciated, they said a mare and foal had died from no food, a couple had been shot due to injuries. So after talking to the Union County Sheriff's Dept. and the Ms. Dept. of Agriculture Theft Bureau we discovered these two departments had been going on calls to this address for over a year off and on. The Sheriff's deputy said maybe Have a Heart can finally get something done. We gathered evidence and on 10-16-08 went to a judge for a seizure order, which was granted.
