Today was a BITTER SWEET DAY for Have a Heart. Today was court in
Prentiss County (Booneville) for Poco and Wild Thing's herd. We got the maximum
fine on 5 counts of animal cruelty and confining animal without food and
water. Fine was $500.00 and we got restitution of $228.50 (which is
a drop on the bucket as to how much we have
in these horses ) plus 12 months probation. It doesn't sound like much
but it is a MAJOR STEP for our judges enforcing the cruelty laws. Thank
you to Judge Moore. When the Prosecuting Attorney Laura McElroy showed
Judge Moore Wild Thing's picture she gasped very loud and said, "I don't want
to see anymore." Wish I had never seen Wild Thing lay there either. Rest
In Peace sweet girl wish I could have saved you. I'M SO SORRY.

Their good health is the result of TLC at Have a Heart, including the basics: food and water.
