Diego was one of four horses taken out of Itawamba county on 8-13-07. This was the man's second offense at animal cruelty (first was just one horse). The judge returned 3 of the horses to the offender,(one of the other horses was wounded as bad as Diego was only on Charlie's withers, see Charlie's page).Thank you GOD Diego will never go thru this again.I just wish I could say that for Charlie and the other 2 horses.It is time to make some  judges understand THIS IS NOT THE DARK AGES ANYMORE YOU GOOD OL BOYS, IT'S TIME TO STEP UP TO THE PLATE AND STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING.WE CAN'T KEEP PUTTING ANIMALS RIGHT BACK INTO THESE PEOPLES HANDS. (1st offense maybe, second offense come on!!!!!!)It's time to get some laws changed.
