Buck  is the father of five foals born at the H.A.H. rescue barn. Buck and four very pregnant mares were removed from Tippah  County  on March 11 2008  through a court ordered seizure.Buck's owner did not live in Mississippi but entrusted the care and feeding of these horses to an individual that does.Well guess what? The Tippah County sheriff's dept. called saying they had five horses in trouble and three  in the pasture already dead. After the sheriffs dept. responded to the complaint the individual that was caring for the horses placed the three in a pile and tried to burn them (didn't work). Buck is a six year old tri-colored dun. Buck was one of the most gentle studs I've ever seen.(of course when buck left h.a.h. he wasn't a stud anymore) He was adopted on May 6 2008 (one of the mares Mona Lisa and their baby Honey is with Buck at their new home) See pictures of the other mares and babies on their pages Mona Lisa, Grace, Molly, Pocahontas.
